  • Comments:

The actual Atlantic 44 used as private. During the last inspection no structural defects were detected. No signs of repairs or other serious defects were found to the hull and deck. The boat needs some cosmetics only. No corrosion was detected on the mast and boom. The standing rigging and the chain plates was found OK. No "bad smell" (sign of rotten wood or trapped water in hidden places). The wood surfaces are in good condition. Some old signs of leakages were detected (saloon, port side). The area today is dry since the problem (stanchion base) was repaired. The teak in the cockpit and transom seats needs recaulking.
